This website and the Chronity Connect service are provided by Chronity Ltd, registered in England (company no. 17052793) of Mere, Wiltshire ("Chronity", "we").
The content on chronity.co.uk is general information, not professional advice. We may change it at any time. You may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent it.
Chronity Connect is provided to firms on a subscription basis of £10 per user per month, billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel any time from your account, and the subscription ends at the close of the paid period. Consultancy work (training, setup, workflows) is agreed separately in writing at £120 per hour; deliverables built for your firm are yours once paid for.
Your firm remains responsible for its professional obligations, including those under the RICS AI Standard. Chronity Connect produces the compliance record, but professional judgement and sign-off remain with your named surveyors.
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy notice. Firm data is encrypted at rest, keys are stored separately from the data, and our access to it is audited and visible to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees your firm paid during that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
